The Orioles need more from Aubrey Huff and Kevin Millar this season. These two guys share the DH and 1B jobs. 31-year old lefty swinging Aubrey Huff played in 151 games for the Orioles last season and he was 154 for 550 (.280 avg, .779 OPS) with 68 runs scored, 15 homers and 72 RBIs. Huff really only hit well against the Devil Rays last season and that will need to change because the Orioles are paying him a lot of money. Look for him to be a little bit better in 2008.

36-year old righty swinging Kevin Millar played solid in the field last season and he only made 1 error at 1B, but his hitting was nothing to write home about. He played in 140 games for the Orioles last season and he was 121 for 476 (.254 avg, .785 OPS) with 63 runs, 17 homers and 63 RBIs. Millar’s game is starting to fade some so don’t expect a rebound season.
